Pastor Juanita Chiles - Overseer|
Pastor Juanita Chiles received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at the age of 18, under the pastorate of the late Elder Zebedee Tremble. God called her to ministry in 1973, and was ordained an Evangelist under Church of God Militant Pillar Ground of Truth. Pastor Chiles worked faithfully under the leadership of the late Bishop Cornelius Price as church secretary, choir member, nurse, usher, Pastor’s Aide president, youth choir president, missionary, and van driver, and Assistant Pastor. She was ordained Pastor in April, 1991. In the year 2000 the Lord called Pastor Chiles from assistance to assignment. He gave divine instructions for her to start Bible Believers Pentecostal Church of God, Inc. In October 2001, Chief Apostle Sylvia Toney ordained Pastor Chiles Overseer of Bible Believers Pentecostal, C.O.G., Inc.
Married to Bro Robert Chiles for fifty-two years, they are the proud parents of three daughters; Sharon, Adriane [Eddie] & Crystal [Terrance] and have four grandchildren; Anna, Juanita, Robyn and Terrance Jr.
First Man Bro Chiles working faithfully outside of the church; maintained a respectable and dependable relationship with the late Bishop Price, while supporting his wife’s ministry. He joined the BBP Family in 2001 and received the Holy Ghost in 2005. He’s a fine example of a hard-working family man who supports his family, fulfills his responsibilities, wise and enthusiastic to help anyone in need.
A Pastor from God’s heart Overseer Juanita Chiles leads with a rich foundation of integrity and wisdom. Her approachable lady-like manner, kind heart, and giving spirit accompanies her willingness to do as God says. Her love for God’s people flows throughout, and is felt among the congregation. She remains true to over 40 years of combined preaching and pastoring, and will always desire to build strong spiritual and natural families.
Terrance & Crystal Lackey - Senior Pastors|
Terrence and Crystal Lackey, married for twenty-two years, are actively practicing a marriage designed by God while following hard after His Presence. To this union they have two children Juanita and Terrance Jr. Ministers of the Gospel, servants, worshippers, and co-laborers they are active promoters of the Kingdom of God.
Terrance values for home, family and life come from the church. A man after God’s Heart, he is touching the lives of many but desire to help strengthen men for skill and leadership in spiritual matters. There is a strong call on Terrance life to teach people how to serve God with spiritual integrity. Terrance whole heartedly and completely serves his wife, his children and the ministry by doing all that he can to manifest God’s Kingdom in the earth.
Crystal, a helpmeet to her husband is touching the lives of women locally and nationally. A firm believer in acquiring the fruit of the Holy Spirit, she believes manifested signs of miracles and wonders should be basic everyday occurrences in the life of a Christian. Crystal also has a prophetic anointing on her life and a heart to serve the Body of Christ in anyway possible.
Together, as a family, the Lackeys are in the business of being a blessing to others. For God has truly blessed them.
Carolyn Brown - Assistant Pastor|
Carolyn Brown was born in Trenton, New Jersey on Dec 13 and has lived in Cincinnati since she was 3 months old. Mother Bertha Richardson, her grandmother/mother, who was a Minister and Mother of this church for 32 years until her passing, raised her. Elder Brown graduated from Withrow High School in 1967. Elder Brown was married for 34 years to the late Henry Brown, and has three sons – LaMonte, Jemal and Kendall. She has four grandchildren – Ariel, Aliya, Kaseem and Christian, one Great grandson - Amylan. She is the oldest of 11 children.
Elder Brown has been a member of this church since she was 7 yrs old. She was called into the Ministry in Nov 1999. She was ordained Administrative Elder on Dec 16th, 2001 under the Pastorate of Pastor Elder Juanita Chiles. She is an active and devoted member of the following organizations Ministers, Mothers Board, Deacon & Trustees, & Pastoral Care. She has followed the legacy of Mother Richardson who taught her to be faithful, dedicated and loyal to God and her Pastor. Mother Richardson taught her to love & give God praise at all times.
